Ingredients for two:
- 100 g dry chickpeas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 heaped tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 6-7 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- Seasoning: salt, pepper, cumin
Preparation:
- Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. Use a big bottle and add a lot of water as it absorbs surprising quantities.
- The next day boil the chickpeas and when soft, blend them with the rest of the ingredients. You might have to add some water depending on the moisture of it. It is the best when creamy but not flowing.
