Light(er) vegan corn salad

Do you ever have urge for a mayo corn salad? How about replacing it with a non mayo one but quite the same flavour and no cholesterol but only clean plant based stuff and about one third of the calories? :)
Sounds good? Here is the recipe.


Ingredients for a big bowl:
  • 280 g corn (can of deep frozen)
  • 200 g soya cream
  • 1 small red onion
  • oregan, pepper, fresh parsley


  1. Slice the red onions and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Keep your salad for at least half an hour in the fridge so the tastes can develop.
  3. Extra tip: may you want an even lighter salad, add half a sourish apple.
