Ingredients for a big bowl:
- 280 g corn (can of deep frozen)
- 200 g soya cream
- 1 small red onion
- oregan, pepper, fresh parsley
- Slice the red onions and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Keep your salad for at least half an hour in the fridge so the tastes can develop.
- Extra tip: may you want an even lighter salad, add half a sourish apple.
