Not only ruby red currant looks just beautiful in a green salad but so is its sourish sweet taste very refreshing in each bite that makes it a great garnish for a summer lunch.
Preparation
Ingredients for a big bowl
- 7-8 lettuce leaves
- 3 handful of fresh spinach
- 2 handful of red currant
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
Preparation
- Cut the leaves to pieces
- Mix with the rest
