Such a special and stylish meal that is so easy to prepare and in half an hour it can be on the table waiting just for you. Is it real? Oh yes and so are its preferences for mashed potatoes or rice for a side dish.
Ingredients for 2
- six big mushrooms
- 100 g dried plums
- 15 g pine tree nuts
- olive oil, salt, pepper
Preparation
- Wash the mushrooms and remove the stem. For this recipe you need the heads only but if you wish, you can prepare some mushroom paté with the rest.
- Put the heads into a baking pan, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the mushrooms with dried plums and pine tree nuts.
- Add some more oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
